These Terms govern your use of GradPilot AI, operated by GradPilot AI Ltd. By joining the waitlist or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

GradPilot AI provides tools and guidance to help international students and graduates navigate the UK job market and the Graduate Route visa. We are currently in pre-launch; features and pricing may change before and after launch.

Guidance, not professional advice

Our content and AI features are for general informational purposes. They are not legal, immigration, or financial advice. Visa rules change and individual circumstances differ — always confirm important decisions with official sources (such as GOV.UK) or a qualified adviser.

Your account

• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure.
• You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Plans & payments

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Pricing and plan details are shown on our pricing page.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service to you.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GradPilot AI is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for outcomes based on use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
